ABOUT OUR FIRM

Samuel Liebgold, CPA has over 30 years of diversified accounting experience with more than 25 years of proprietary responsibility. He specializes in business and tax advice to corporations and individuals, including officers of closely-held corporations and board members of public companies. He is a graduate of City College of New York and is licensed in New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York and New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Marc C. Wuensch, CPA received his MBA in accounting from Rutgers Graduate School of Management. He has over 25 years of experience in taxation, auditing, and management advisory services with 20 years of proprietary responsibility. He specializes in taxation of closely-held businesses and individuals. He is a member of the AICPA and the New Jersey Society of CPAs where he served on their Federal Taxation Committee. Among his credits, he has served as the State Finance Director for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey and Councilman for the Borough of North Haledon. Currently, he is Treasurer of the Circle of Life Children's Center, Inc.
